Are you an experienced or novice welder looking for flux core wire which is easy to use, cheaper, gives high quality and clean weld but couldn't find the right one?
Other wires will only work efficiently on clean metal. Other wires will only work efficiently on clean metal. More often than not, these metrics fall on deaf ears, creating potentially hazardous welding conditions. Instead i will certainly suggest you so before you begin flux core welding, make sure you have actually gathered your ppe (personal protection devices). A simple internet search turns up interesting, but mostly unhelpful results that contribute to the confusion. Open dozens of tabs in the browser, rummaging through the internet, and then spend hours researching but can't make a decision? Like normal flux core welding wire does. Wires with a thicker diameter burn hotter and have a deeper penetration. It is also addressed as flux cored arc welding (fcaw). It's not overly different from regular arc welding or even mig welding. However, a core difference is the wire used has flux in it (hence the name) which covers.
